The expected behavior in health education is to support the healthy way of life, both as individuals and as human communities, the health education because they are very important to support any planned health program. But as we know that the implementation of this education, both in developed and developing countries experience a variety of obstacles in the achievement of goals, namely to achieve healthy behavior for the people. The greatest perceived barriers were the supporting factors, ie, which includes the availability of facilities and infrastructure or facilities for the dental health of the community itself, for example: water supply, waste disposal sites, the availability of nutritious food, and so on.
